Guided by Values, Fueled by Curiosity

Sharing research, resources, and tools to support equitable sleep health, evidence-based treatment, and the next generation of psychologists.

My name is Emily Feldman, and I am a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology with specialized training in pediatric behavioral sleep medicine. I am passionate about improving child and family sleep health through research and clinical work.

Mission

My goals for this page are to promote sleep and health equity, particularly in youth, provide values-based clinical resources such as ACT worksheets and sleep tools, support aspiring graduate students through mentorship-focused materials, and highlight my current research. My projects span sleep health literacy, structural barriers to sleep, and early markers of psychosis. Whether you are a fellow researcher, clinician, student, or simply curious about these topics, I hope you find something here that informs, inspires, or supports your journey.
